How Our Guarantee Works
We're confident you'll love your AI pet portrait. If you don't, we offer two options:
- Free Regeneration: We'll create a new portrait with a different style or settings at no charge.
- Full Refund: We'll process a full refund if you prefer not to proceed.
The 7-Day Window
You have 7 days from your purchase date to request a regeneration or refund. After 7 days, refunds cannot be processed.
How to Request
To request a regeneration or refund, email us at hello@pawtraitmaker.com with:
- Your purchase confirmation email or order ID
- A brief explanation of why you'd like a regeneration or refund
- If requesting a regeneration, any preferences for the new portrait style
Processing Time
Regenerations are typically completed within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will return to your original payment method.
Important Notes
- This guarantee applies to the free preview and all purchased portraits.
- Downloaded portraits cannot be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
- Refunds are limited to one regeneration attempt. If you request multiple regenerations and aren't satisfied, a refund will be offered instead.
